2nd stage - Chocolate making.
- Experience the process of chocolate tempering.
- Mold, mix and match filling the chocolate mold to create your chocolates
- Learn about the cocoa tree and cocoa beans.
- Roast cocoa beans.
- Grind cocoa nibs.
- Learn about mixing refining and conching of chocolate.
- Package your chocolates to impress your family and friends.
NOTE: The workshop takes about 2 hours; include 110g of chocolate with different flavors, materials and everything you need to make your chocolates. Package paper, Chef guide English or Spanish, once finish the workshop leave with your own chocolates made by yourself.
