Visit our chocolate craftory located in Calle San Juan de Dios # 299 next to the cooking class.
Leave with your own chocolates after almost only 2 hours.

Two Stages:
First:
Begin by blending one of two delicious cocktails from pisco, the Peruvian national liquor:
  • Pisco Sour (Classic)
  • Passion Fruit Sour
Or, have two 330 mL bottles of the local Cusqueña beer. You cannot go wrong!

Second:
Enjoy your cocktail while you learn how chocolate is made all around the world. In a few easy steps you will have your own homemade pieces of chocolate to enjoy or share with friends and family!

Steps:
  1.  Learn how and where cocoa beans are grown and produced woldwide.
  2. Experience an intricate part of procces as turn cocoa beans into cocoa liquor (100% cocoa) and then into chocolate bars pieces.
  3. Try tempering, adding different flavors, molding and decorating you own custom creation to take home with you after the class.
  4. Package in decorative chocolate papers and foils in order to impress others with your culinary art, or... enjoy immediately while you finish your cocktail.
